Automatic forming folding machine

Introduction:

Automatic forming folding machine is mainly used for forming the box blank and cover paper after positioning. The main process is to wrap cover paper automatically. 

Machine features: 

Two industrial cameras with 5 megapixels have been employed, along with a YAMAHA robot arm, to achieve precise positioning with an accuracy of±0.1mm.
High speed production, rigid box is 25-30pcs/min; solid and mounting boxes are 20-30pcs/min.
Adopted independent Human-Machine Interface with short changeover time and fast transition.
Stable feeding, preventing the adhesion of two sheets of paper, reducing product defect rate. 
Independent gluing and positioning module, which can be optionally matched with a corner sticking machine, splicing machine, forming machine, solid box making machine, etc., to produce solid, mounting, lidded, and windowed boxes, with wide applications for future products.
It can match with cost-effictive configurations, such as delivery box configuration, delivery case maker configuration. Independent Human-Machine Control System for short changeover time and fast transition.
